摘 要:【目的】探讨大尺度空间上的多项环境因子对生防昆虫莲草直胸跳甲(Agasicles hygrophila)的碳(C)、氮(N)营养及其化学计量特征的影响,为精确评估全球环境变化下天敌昆虫的分布规律及生防效应提供科学依据。【方法】在中国21°N~34°N范围内入侵杂草空心莲子草(Alternanthera philoxeroides)种群连续发生面积超过100 m^(2)的区域布设23个调查样地(陆生8个,水生15个),分别测定各样地中莲草直胸跳甲的C、N含量,并同时获取样地生境的地形、气候、养分等无机环境指标及空心莲子草的C、N含量,利用回归分析和冗余分析(RDA)探讨异质生境对莲草直胸跳甲总C、总N及C∶N的影响。【结果】(1)水生生境中莲草直胸跳甲的总C(t=2.577,P=0.018)和C∶N(t=2.377,P=0.027)均显著高于陆生,而其总N之间无明显差异。(2)陆生环境中,回归分析和RDA均表明莲草直胸跳甲的总C、C∶N随年均降雨量和空心莲子草总C的上升而显著增加,其总N基本不受外源环境影响。(3)水生环境中,莲草直胸跳甲的总C随水体硝态氮及海拔的上升而显著增加,但其总N与水体总C之间呈凸型变化趋势、其C∶N与年均降雨量之间呈凹型变化趋势。【结论】莲草直胸跳甲具有较高的N内稳定性,无机环境对水生生境中莲草直胸跳甲的营养状况影响较大,而陆生生境中的莲草直胸跳甲则受到气候因素及其寄主植物空心莲子草的共同影响。【Objective】The present paper aimed to examine the impacts of environmental factors on carbon(C),nitrogen(N)nutrition and their stoichiometry of the bio-control insect Agasicles hygrophila in large scale spaces,providing reference for accurately evaluating the distributions and bio-control effect of natural enemies under the global environmental change.【Method】We had totally set 23 sampling plots(8 terrestrial plots and 15 aquatic plots)in areas where the alien invasive plant Alternanthera philoxeroides continuously occurred more than 100 m^(2) across 21°N-34°N latitudinal regions in China's Mainland.We measured the C and N contents of A.hygrophila within each plot.Meanwhile,we also measured the topographic,climatic,nutrimental and other inorganic environmental indicators in plot habitats,as well as the C and N contents of A.philoxeroides in each plot.We then used the statistic methods of the regression analysis and redundancy analysis(RDA)to study the effects of heterogeneous habitats on the total C,total N and C∶N of A.hygrophila.【Result】(i)The total C(t=2.577,P=0.018)and C∶N(t=2.377,P=0.027)of A.hygrophila in aquatic habitat were all significant higher than those in terrestrial habitat,while there was no significant difference of total N between these two habitats.(ii)The regression analysis and RDA in terrestrial habitat all showed that the total C and C∶N of A.hygrophila all increased with the increase of annual mean precipitation and total C of A.philoxeroides,however,the total N of A.hygrophila was weakly impacted by exogenous environments.(iii)In aquatic habitat,the total C of A.hygrophila increased with the increase of water nitrate nitrogen and the elevation,but there was a convex trend between total N of A.hygrophila and total C of water,and a concave trend between C∶N of A.hygrophila and the precipitation.【Conclusion】The A.hygrophila had a high N internal stability,and the nutritional status of A.hygrophila was dominantly affected by inorganic environments,while in terrestrial
