摘  要:减压转油线作为煤制油项目油品加工装置的重要管系,操作工况复杂。不同操作工况下的管道参数差异对转油线的管道支架设计有重大的影响,因此转油线设计时既要考虑气液两相引起的管道振动,同时也要考虑多种操作工况下管道承受的荷载,合理设置管道支架以保证装置长周期安全运转。本文结合某煤制油项目的实际情况介绍如何通过优化管道支撑来减弱管道振动及极端工况下管道荷载对转油线的影响。Vacuum transfer line,as the important pipeline for oil processing plant of coal to liquid enterprise,has complex operating conditions.The pipeline parameters under different operating conditions has a significant impact on the pipeline support design of vacuum transfer line.Therefore,the pipeline vibration caused by gas-liquid two phases and the pipeline load under various operating conditions should be considered in the design of vacuum transfer line.The pipeline support should be reasonably set to ensure the safe operation of the device for a long period.Based on the actual situation of a coal-to-oil project,how to reduce the impact of pipeline vibration and pipeline load on the vacuum transfer line under extreme conditions by optimizing pipeline supportwas introduced.
