企业导师参与的翻转课堂在高分子材料成型加工授课中的教学改革

摘　　要：中国作为世界第一制造大国,对于理工科大学毕业生的专业知识提出了越来越高的要求。国内高校无论在专业课教学内容及专业课教师自身工程能力等方面均不能充分满足社会和工业界的期望。企业导师作为长期工作在生产科研一线的技术人员具有丰富的工程实践和开阔的工程视野。本专业通过引入翻转课堂模式及企业导师全程参与教学过程,对《高分子材料成型加工》课程授课进行改革,并取得了满意的效果。As the world s largest manufacturing country,the domesticenterprises have increasing demands on the professional knowledgeofgraduates.The teaching contents of professional courses and the engineering capability of specialty teachers are unable to meet expectations.As a technician which is working in the production and scientific research,enterprise mentor has extensive engineering experiences and broad engineering vision.The inverted classroom and enterprise mentors were introduced intoPolymer Material Processingcourse.The result was satisfactory.
