摘 要:在选矿厂对南非铬矿石采用强磁选的工艺流程,选别效果较差。为查清南非铬矿石性质,采用化学分析、显微镜鉴定、X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜分析、能谱分析等岩矿测试技术手段,对矿石的化学组成、矿物组成、矿物粒度和嵌布特征,以及铬元素的赋存状态进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明,矿石中有价组分Cr_(2)O_(3)品位为34.25%,含铬矿物以硬铬尖晶石为主。影响选厂磁选效果的主要原因是铬矿石中硬铬尖晶石无磁性,磁选效果不理想。The process of strong magnetic separation of chromium ore from South Africa was adopted in the concentrator and the separation effect was poor.In order to find out the nature of chromium ore in South Africa,the chemical composition,mineral composition,mineral particle size and inlaid characteristics,as well as the occurrence state of chromium element,were studied in detail by means of chemical analysis,microscopic identification,X-ray diffraction,sem and eds.The results show that the grade of valuable component Cr_(2)O_(3) in the ore is 34.25%,and the main chrome-containing mineral is hard chromium spinel.The main reason affecting the magnetic separation effect of the separator is that the hard chromium spinel in the chromium ore is not magnetic and the magnetic separation effect is not ideal.
