摘 要:微山稀土矿生产采用单一浮选流程,当新探明的十二号脉矿石的配入量大于30%时,精矿品位和回收率由原来45%、85%分别降至30%、55%,严重影响了企业经济效益。为了查明原因,进行了全流程考察,并对浮选流程中二次精选的尾矿进行了岩矿鉴定。通过电子探针、能谱分析测定微山稀土矿十二号矿脉中稀土矿物主要是碳酸铈钠矿,其次是氟碳铈矿、氟碳钙铈矿。采用浮选—强磁选联合工艺,使稀土矿物梯级产出,解决了十二号脉矿石采用单一浮选,中矿恶化选矿指标的难题,获得了品位为40.18%的精矿和品位为16.59%的中矿。中矿Sr、Ba含量高,可以采用化学选冶工艺综合回收稀土、氧化锶、氧化钡等,能够获得良好的经济效益。The production of Weishan rare earth mine adopts single flotation flowsheet.When the feed rate of No.12 vein ore is more than 30%,the concentrate grade and recovery reduced from 45%and85%to 30%and 55%respectively,which seriously affects the economic benefit of the enterprise.In order to find out the cause,the whole process was investigated,and the rock and mineral of the tailings from the secondary cleaning in the flotation process were identified.By means of electron microprobe and energy spectrum analysis,it is determined that the rare earth minerals in the No.12 vein of Weishan rare earth deposit are mainly sodium cerite,secondly bastnaesite and parisite.By using the combined process of flotation and high intensity magnetic separation,the rare earth minerals can be produced step by step,which solves the problem that the single flotation of No.12 vein ore deteriorates the beneficiation index of middlings.The concentrate with REO grade of 40.18%and the middlings with REO grade of 16.59%are obtained.The middlings contain high content of Sr and Ba,so the rare earth,strontium oxide,barium oxide and so on can be comprehensively recovered by chemical beneficiation and metallurgy process,and good economic benefits can be obtained.
