摘  要:研究了金红石在几种C18烷(烯)酸钠组合药剂体系中的浮选行为,首次将紫外漫反射吸收光谱与Zeta电位、表面张力、表面润湿性等研究方法结合起来,从多角度研究组合药剂之间以及组合药剂与金红石的作用机理。结果表明,油酸钠(SO)和硬脂酸钠(ST)协同浮选体系中金红石回收率低于其他药剂组合,药剂添加顺序对油酸钠和亚麻酸钠(SL)协同浮选体系的影响最大,同一药剂添加顺序下不同体系中金红石的回收率呈现不同的变化规律。不同组合药剂体系中会生成缔合物,并且缔合物空间构型成了影响金红石浮选的关键因素,油酸钠和亚油酸钠(SN)可在金红石表面生成一种非直线的类"三明治"型缔合物。药剂组合在金红石表面的吸附类型主要有相互诱导的单层离子共吸附和缔合物形式的多层吸附两大类。紫外漫反射吸收光谱显示,每种体系内不同药剂添加顺序下,金红石浮选指标与其带隙变化有较好的一致性,但不同体系之间带隙变化规律则需进一步研究。The flotation behavior of rutile in several C18 alkane(alkene)sodium combined reagents systems was studied.For the first time,the ultraviolet diffuse reflectance absorption spectroscopy was combined with Zeta potential,surface tension,surface wettability and other research methods to study the interaction mechanism between combined reagents and rutile from multiple perspectives.The results showed that the recovery of rutile in the synergistic flotation system of sodium oleate(SO)and sodium stearate(ST)was lower than that in other reagents combinations.The addition order of reagents had the greatest influence on the synergistic flotation system of sodium oleate and sodium linolenate(SL).The recovery of rutile in different systems showed different variation rules under the same addition order of reagents.The spatial configuration of association complex is the key factor affecting the flotation of rutile.Sodium oleate and sodium linoleate(SN)can form a non-linear sandwich type association complex on the surface of rutile.The adsorption of reagents on the surface of rutile can be divided into two types:the co-adsorption of monolayer ions induced by each other and the multi-layer adsorption of association complex.Ultraviolet diffuse reflectance absorption spectra show that there is a good consistency between the rutile flotation index and its band gap under different reagent addition order in each system,but the band gap variation between different systems needs further study.
