摘　　要：因可显示数字、汉字以及图形等多种信息,LCD成为各种仪器仪表的首选输出设备.为了解决12864 LCD通过总线方式和单片机相连接的技术问题,本文首先分析了AT89S51单片机以及12864 LCD并行接口工作时的时序.然后,在此基础上设计了12864 LCD和单片机基于总线方式相连时的硬件接口电路,并对电路的工作原理进行了详细论述.研究成果在电力参数监测仪中进行了应用,取得了良好的显示效果,对各种实际的嵌入式应用系统开发具有重要的指导意义.LCD has become the preferred output device of all kinds of instruments because it can display a variety of information such as numbers,Chinese characters and graphics.In order to solve the technical problem of 12864 LCD connected with SCM by bus,this paper first analyzes the timing sequence of AT89S51 SCM and 12864 LCD parallel interface.Then,on this basis,the hardware interface circuit of 12864 LCD and SCM con-nected by bus is designed,and the working principle of the circuit is discussed in detail.The research results have been applied in the power parameter monitor and obtained good display effect,which has important guiding significance for the development of various practical embedded application systems.
