摘  要:采用QuEChERS法作为番石榴样品的前处理方法,通过往样品中加标准溶液进行定量,结合气相色谱-质谱联用体系(GC-MS)检测番石榴中的5种菊酯类农药残留量.该分析方法在加标样品浓度为0.5~50μg/g范围内,呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)均大于0.996;回收率在76.47%~148.91%之间;检出限在0.04~0.09 mg/kg之间;RSD在2.95%~6.59%之间.QuECHERS法结合GC-MS技术可快速、高效、准确检测番石榴中5种菊酯类农药的残留量.The QuEChERS method was used as the pretreatment method of guava samples.Five pyrethroid pesticide residues in guava were determined by adding standard solution to the samples and GC-MS.The method showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.5~50μg/g,with the correlation coefficients(R)were all above 0.996.The recoveries ranged from 76.47%to 148.91%.The detection limits were in the range 0.04~0.09 mg/kg and RSD were 2.95%~6.59%.The QuEChERS combined with GC-MS can be used for the rapid,efficient and accurate determination of five pyrethroid pesticide residues in Guava.
