摘 要:目的探讨同理心培训方案对手术室实习护士的影响。方法随机选取2016年12月至2018年12月在山东省聊城市人民医院手术室轮转的进入临床实习的第1阶段与第2阶段的实习护士共100名。按随机抽签法分为对照组与试验组,每组50名。试验组给予同理心培训干预,对照组学生无上述培训。记录每个实习学生的人口统计学。试验组在培训前、3周培训后立刻以及培训后1个月做3次同理心调查问卷,对照组对试验组同理心培训不知情,与试验组在同一时间做3次同理心调查问卷评分。比较2组每个阶段同理心调查问卷评分的差异。结果最终,对照组有48名护理学实习学生,试验组有45名护理学实习学生。试验组培训前、3周培训后立刻同理心调查问卷评分中位数分别为107、120分,两者比较差异有统计学意义(U值为6.53,P<0.05)。试验组培训后1个月同理心调查问卷评分中位数为122分,与培训前比较差异有统计学意义(U值为7.53,P<0.05)。对照组与试验组在3周培训后立刻以及培训后1个月同理心调查问卷评分比较差异有统计学意义(U值为6.34、6.67,P<0.05)。结论通过同理心培训方案,可以有效提高手术室实习护士同理心的评分。Objective To explore the impact of empathy training programs on operating room nurses.Methods A total of 100 internship nurses from the first phase and the second phase of clinical practice in the operation room of Liaocheng People′s Hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were randomly selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group by randomized picking method.The experimental group was given empathy training intervention,and the control group students did not have the above training.The demographics of each intern student were recorded.The control group did not have the above training;the experimental group did three epistemological questionnaires immediately before the training,three weeks after the training and one month after the training,and the control group did not know the experimental group empathy training,at the same time as the experimental group,did three empathy questionnaire scores.Comparing the experimental group and the control group,the scores of the questionnaires in each stage of the experimental group were statistically different.Results There were 48 nursing students in the control group and 45 nursing students in the experimental group.Before the training and immediately after the training,the median score of the empathy questionnaire was 107 points and 120 points.There was statistical difference(U value was 6.53,P<0.05).The median score of the empathy questionnaire for the 1 month after the training in the experimental group was 122 points,which was statistically different from that before the training(U value was 7.53,P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of the questionnaires in the immediately after the training and 1 month after the training between the control group and the experimental group(U values were 6.34,6.67,P<0.05).Conclusions Through the empathy training program,the scores of empathy nurses in the operating room can be effectively improved.
