乡村振兴背景下吉林省农村产业融合发展研究

摘　　要：文章在我国大力实施乡村振兴战略背景下,介绍了吉林省农村产业融合的发展现状,分析当前产业融合中存在产业融合水平不高、新型农业经营主体带动能力弱、土地资金人才技术等要素瓶颈制约局限大、农村社会化服务体系不健全等主要问题。从大力培育新型农业经营主体、完善农村人才保障机制、完善农村地区基础设施建设、延长农业产业链、创新农村金融服务模式、完善扶持政策等方面,对吉林省农村一二三产业融合发展提出对策建议。Under the background of our country vigorously implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country,this paper introduces the current development of Jilin province rural industry fusion,existing in the convergence analysis of the industrial convergence level is not high,driven by new type of agricultural management main body ability,factors such as land capital talent technology bottleneck restricting limitation,main problems such as rural socialized service system is not sound.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Jilin province from the aspects of vigorously cultivating new agricultural management subjects,improving the guarantee mechanism of rural talents,improving the infrastructure construction in rural areas,extending the agricultural industrial chain,innovating the rural financial service model,and improving the supporting policies.
