摘　　要：文章从江苏地方政府债券发行承销商承销情况、一级市场发行现状、市场化现状、债券信息披露风险方面进行详细剖析与讨论。梳理出江苏省地方政府债券发行市场化存在一级市场流动性较低,投资者基础有待进一步扩大,江苏省债务规模、偿债压力和隐性债务压力庞大等问题。针对以上问题,提出了增强江苏省地方政府债券市场化的建议。A detailed analysis and discussion are made on the underwriting situation of local government bond issuance by underwriters,the current situation of primary market issuance,the current situation of marketization,and the wind of bond information disclosure in Jiangsu Province.It is sorted out that the marketization of local government bond issuance in Jiangsu province has problems such as low liquidity in the primary market,the investor base needs to be further expanded,and the debt scale,debt service pressure and hidden debt pressure in Jiangsu province are huge.In view of the above problems,suggestions for enhancing the marketization of local government bonds in Jiangsu province are put forward.
