摘  要:为分析工程压裂参数对页岩气藏开发效果的敏感性,以南川页岩气藏为研究对象,对大量的矿场试验数据进行统计分析,得出水平段长、单段长、射孔簇间距、每米液量、加砂强度、中粗砂占比等多个单因素对页岩气产量的影响效果并进行归一化处理,绘制出模糊分布函数。结合模糊分布函数,利用正交试验设计进行多因素多水平的试验分析,计算各敏感性因素对页岩气开发效果的影响大小。结果表明:1)与页岩气产量成正比的参数有水平段长、每米液量、加砂强度、中粗砂占比,成反比的参数有与最小主应力夹角、试气段中深、单段长、簇间距;且影响程度从强到弱依次为加砂强度、中砂占比、注液强度、水平段长、单段长、簇间距、试气段中深、与最小主应力夹角,前6个参数对应的影响因子分别为22.2,18.9,16.9,15.7,14.2,12.2。影响南川页岩气压裂效果的关键因素为加砂强度和中砂占比。2)多指标综合评分越高的井,无阻流量越高,日产气量越高。为后期压裂完结的井预测产能提供借鉴。In order to analyze the engineering fracture parameters on the sensitivity of the shale gas reservoir development effect, take the Nanchuan shale gas reservoir as the research object. Through the statistical analysis of field test data obtains single factor’s influence on shale gas production effect, such as level long stream, a single long, perforation clusters of small layer accounted spacing, fluid volume per meter, the strength of sand, coarse sand in proportion, and normalizes processing fuzzy distribution function. Combined with the fuzzy distribution function, the multi-factor and multi-level test analysis is carried out by using the orthogonal experimental design, and the influence of each sensitivity factor on the shale gas development effect is calculated. The results show that: 1)The parameters which are directly proportional to shale gas production include horizontal section length, liquid volume per meter, sand strength and proportion of medium coarse sand, while the parameters which are inversely proportional include angle with minimum principal stress, middle depth of test gas section, single section length and cluster spacing. The influence degree from strong to weak is sand adding strength, medium sand proportion, liquid injection strength, horizontal section length, single section length, cluster spacing, corresponding the first six influence factors are 22.2, 18.9, 16.9, 15.7, 14.2, 12.2 respectively. The key factors affecting the fracturing effect of Nanchuan shale gas reservoir are sand adding strength and medium sand proportion. 2)The higher the multi-indicator comprehensive score is, the higher the open flow rate is and the higher the daily gas production is. It can be used for reference for well production prediction after fracturing.
