摘 要:顺北5断裂带SHB5-2井酸压后产量递减快,重复酸压时机不明确。针对顺北断溶体油藏储层特征,根据实际生产动态特征,将储层裂缝应力敏感性、不同闭合压力下重复酸压导流能力测试结果与工区典型单井油藏数值模拟相结合,研究地层压力衰减对油井生产的影响,优化重复酸压时机。天然裂缝与酸压裂缝应力敏感性实验表明,未重复酸压井,随地层压力下降,裂缝快速闭合,裂缝渗透率降低;以原始地层压力下重复酸压后渗透率恢复程度为基准,地层压力下降到70 MPa前重复酸压,渗透率可恢复到原始地层渗透率的88%以上;地层压力下降到70 MPa后重复酸压,渗透率恢复程度降低。数值模拟表明,地层压力下降到70 MPa前重复酸压,累产量增幅由36%下降到33.4%;地层压力下降到70 MPa后重复酸压,累产量增幅由33.4%下降到18%。因此,推荐典型单井最优重复酸压时机为地层压力下降到70 MPa时,即SHB5-3井以40 m^(3)的日产量生产2年时进行重复酸压。相关研究成果对顺北断溶体油藏酸压井产能预测、酸压时机优化具有重要意义。The production of SHB5-2 well in Shunbei 5 fault zone decreases rapidly after acid fracturing, and the timing of repeated acid fracturing is not clear.According to the reservoir characteristics of Shunbei fault solution reservoir and the actual production performance characteristics, the test results of fracture stress sensitivity and repeated acid fracturing conductivity under different closure pressures are combined with the numerical simulation of typical single well reservoir in the work area to study the influence of formation pressure attenuation on oil well production and optimize the repeated acid fracturing opportunity.The stress sensitivity experiments of natural fractures and acid fracturing fractures show that, without repeated acid fracturing, fractures close rapidly with the decrease of formation pressure, and the fracture permeability decreases;Based on the permeability recovery degree after repeated acid fracturing under original formation pressure as the benchmark, the permeability can be restored to more than 88% of the original formation permeability before the formation pressure drops to 70 MPa, and the formation pressure drops to 70 MPa.After repeated acid fracturing, the permeability recovery is low.The numerical simulation shows that the increment of cumulative production decreases from 36% to 33.4% after repeated acid fracturing before the formation pressure drops to 70 MPa, and the increment of cumulative production decreases from 33.4% to 18% after the formation pressure drops to 70 MPa.Therefore, it is recommended that the optimal time for repeated acid fracturing of a typical single well is when the formation pressure drops to 70 MPa, that is, when SHB5-3 well produces for two years at a daily production rate of 40 m^(3).The related research results are of great significance for acid fracturing productivity prediction and acid fracturing timing optimization in Shunbei fault solution reservoir.
