摘 要:为解决低品位斑岩型铜矿充填站未建,可采矿量不足问题和提高采矿工效、降低采矿成本,在充分利用已有工程,保持开采现状总体不变的情况下,通过工程类比法、理论计算、采场稳定性分析和现场试验研究,对采矿方法和采场结构进行了优化,由上向分层嗣后充填采矿法调整为上向阶段嗣后充填采矿法,取得了良好的应用效果,采矿成本降低了约60%,采矿工效提高了2倍,经济效益显著提升,可为类似矿山提供参考。In order to solve the problem of insufficient mining capacity for low-grade porphyry copper mines without filling station, and to improve work efficiency and reduce mining costs, making full use of existing projects and maintaining the overall status of mining unchanged, the mining method and stope structure were optimized and improved by the engineering analogy method, theoretical calculations, stope stability analysis and field test researches. The upward layered subsequent filling mining method has been adjusted to the upward phase subsequent filling mining method, which has received good applications. The mining cost is reduced by about 60%, and the ore drawing efficiency is increased by 1 time, with remarkable technical and economic benefits. The research can provide a reference for similar mines.
