摘 要:为了提高水泥基注浆材料的性能,解决煤壁片帮问题,采用高分子有机聚合物VAE乳液对普通硅酸盐水泥进行力学性能改性;对不同VAE掺量下有机—无机复合浆液的水灰比、力学性能及韧性进行研究;并结合电子扫描显微镜(SEM)分析其改性机理。结果表明,VAE在合适的掺量下具有减水效果,VAE掺入较多时,复合浆液黏稠,增大用水量。在最佳掺量3%下,VAE薄膜与水泥水化产物形成了有机-无机互穿三维网状结构,从而限制了结石体内部微裂缝的蔓延,提高了复合浆液的性能。现场试验表明:注入复合浆液,显著提高了煤壁整体稳定性,煤壁片帮问题得到了有效治理。In order to improve the properties of cement-based grouting materials and solve the problem of coal wall spalling, the polymer organic polymer VAE emulsion was used to modify the mechanical properties of portland cement. The water cement ratio, mechanical properties and toughness of organic-inorganic composite grout under different VAE contents were studied. And its modification mechanism was analyzed by electron scanning microscope(SEM). The following conclusions are drawn. Firstly, VAE has a water reducing effect under appropriate content. When the VAE content is large, the composite slurry is viscous and the water consumption increases. Under the optimal VAE content of 3%, the VAE film and cement hydration products form an organic-inorganic interpenetrating three-dimensional network structure, which limits the spread of micro cracks in the stone body, Which improves the performance of the composite slurry. The field test shows that the overall stability of coal wall is significantly improved by injecting composite slurry, and the problem of coal wall spalling is effectively solved.
