摘 要:为了实现矿石价值分阶段评估与成本精细化评价,以价值链理论为基础,从价值增值活动、价值主体和价值载体3个维度建立黄金矿山企业价值链体系分析框架,并基于Petri网构建以矿石流为承载体的价值链模型。利用CPN Tools仿真工具,通过包含层次结构的着色Petri网建模实现模型仿真,并以某大型黄金矿山为实例对其进行量化分析,完成矿石价值形成、流动、传递与实现过程的仿真。研究实现了不同工程控制下矿石价值的动态评价与阶段性成本分析,有助于更加精确地评价矿石利用的经济可行性,提高矿山成本管理的精细化程度,为低品位矿石的价值评估和有效利用提供基础。To achieve phased assessment of the ore value and fine evaluation of the cost, the system architecture of gold mine enterprise value chain was established based on the value chain theory from three dimensions of value-added activities, value subject and value carrier. And value chain model taking ore flow as carrying body was built based on the Petri net. Using CPN Tools simulation tool, the model simulation was realized through colored Petri net modeling with hierarchical structure. Taking a large-scale gold mine as an example, quantitative analysis was carried out to complete the simulation of ore value formation, flow, transmission and realization process. The research has realized the dynamic evaluation of the ore value under the control of different projects and the staged cost analysis, which helps to more accurately evaluate the economic feasibility of ore utilization and to improve the fineness of mine cost management. The study can provide the basis for the value evaluation and effective utilization of low-grade ores.
