正骨手法治疗颈椎病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析正骨手法治疗颈椎病的临床效果。方法:选择我院自2019年7月-2020年6月收治的120例颈椎病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组患者实施龙针治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上予以正骨手法治疗,对比2组患者治疗前后的颈曲值、颈背疼痛评分及治疗总有效率。结果:治疗前,2组患者颈曲值、颈背疼痛评分对比均无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者颈曲值、颈背疼痛评分均显著低于对照组,观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,2组对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正骨手法治疗颈椎病的临床效果显著,不仅能有效改善患者颈曲值,还能减轻其颈背疼痛,从而能全面改善其预后。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of bone setting manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:120 cases of cervical spondylosis in our hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with long needle therapy,while the observation group was treated with bone setting manipulation on the basis of the control group.The neck curvature value,neck back pain score and total treatment of the two groups were compared before and after treatment Effective.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in neck curvature value and neck back pain score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the neck curvature value and neck back pain score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion;The clinical effect of bone setting manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis is significant,which can not only effective-ly improve the cervical curvature value of patients,but also reduce the pain of neck back,so as to comprehensively improve the prognosis.
