功能训练康复护理对下肢创伤骨折患者术后膝关节僵硬程度的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨功能训练康复护理预防下肢创伤骨折患者术后膝关节僵硬的临床价值。方法:将2018年1月-2019年12月间在我院接受手术治疗的90例下肢创伤骨折患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受功能训练康复护理。比较2组患者术后膝关节僵硬发生率、膝关节功能、生活质量和护理满意度。结果:观察组术后膝关节僵硬发生率(4.44%vs.22.22%)明显低于对照组,术后6个月时膝关节功能优良率(93.33%vs.75.56%)、术后6个月时的WH0QOL-100评分[(86.61±10.38)分vs.(79.04±11.54)分]和护理满意度评分[(85.27±9.56)分vs.(73.28±10.16)分]均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:功能训练康复护理能够明显减少下肢创伤骨折患者术后膝关节僵硬发生率,改善膝关节功能和生活质量,患者满意度较高。Objective:To explore the eclinical value of functional training and rehabilitation nursing in preventing postoperative knee stiffness in patients with lower limb trauma fracture.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,90 patients with traumatic fracture of lower extremity were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received functional training rehabilitation nursing.The incidence of postoperative knee stiffness,knee joint function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative knee sifness in the observation group(4.44%vs.22.22%)was significantly lower than that in the control group.The excellent and good rate of knee joint function at 6 months after operation(93.33%vs.75.56%),WHOQOL-100 score at 6 months after operation(86.61±10.38)points vs.(79.04±11.54)points and nursing satisfaction score(85.27±9.56)points vs The difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion;Functional training and rehabilitation nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative knee stiffness in patients with lower limb trauma fracture,improve knee joint function and quality of life,and patients'satis-faction is high.
