鼻内镜下鼻外伤整形修复围术期护理效果及对患者护理满意度影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究鼻内镜下鼻外伤整形修复围术期护理效果及对患者护理满意度影响。方法:从本院2018年1月-2019年12月期间进行鼻内镜下整形修复术治疗的鼻外伤患者中随机择取20例作为研究对象,均接受围术期护理干预,将患者干预前后的焦虑评分进行观察比较,记录并发症发生情况,调查患者的护理满意度,观察随访情况。结果:鼻外伤患者干预后的SAS评分为(39.40±2.12)分,低于干预前的(53.74±4.65)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后出现鼻腔粘连1例(5.00%)、鼻腔干燥1例(5.00%),护理满意度为95.00%,整形修复效果显著。结论:围术期护理千预的实施有助于鼻外伤患者鼻内镜下整形修复效果提高,且可减少并发症的效果,护理效果令人满意。Objective:To study the effect of perioperative nursing of nasal trauma plastic repair under nasal endoscope and its influence on patients'nursing satisfaction.Methods:From January 2018 to December2019 in our hospital,20 patients with nasal trauma who underwent nasal endoscopic plastic repair surgery were randomly selected as the research objects.All received perioperative nursing inter-vention,and the patients were treated before and after intervention Observe and compare the anxiety scores,record the occurrence of complications,investigate the patient's nursing satisfaction,and observe the follow-up.Results:The SAS score of patients with nasal trauma after intervention was(39.40±2.12)points,which was lower than the(53.74±4.65)points before intervention,and the difference was statistially significant(P<0.05);nasal adhesion occurred in 1 case(5.00%),nasal dryness in 1 case(5.00%),nursing satisfaction was 95.00%,plastic repair effct was significant.Conclusion:the implementation of perioperative nursing intervention is helpful to improve the effect of nasal endoscopic plastic surgery in patients with nasal trauma,and can reduce the effect of complications,the nursing effect is satisfactory.
