摘 要:为了研究某自动步枪连发时的动态特性,运用UG、MATLAB、ADAMS软件建立了该自动步枪的虚拟样机模型,设置位移传感器来控制膛底合力、气室压力、抽壳阻力等外力的施加时机,成功解决了自动机复进到位初始状态的载荷施加。选取枪机框的速度和位移为校验指标,对该自动步枪连发情况进行了仿真分析,将仿真结果与试验结果相对比,验证了模型及仿真结果的可信度。通过对导气孔直径分别为2.3 mm、2.5 mm、2.7 mm三连发枪机框速度、枪机速度、枪机框-击锤接触力、枪机-击锤接触力仿真分析,能够对导气系统动力学特性做深入了解,缩短了枪械研发周期并提高了设计可靠性,为枪械导气系统设计提供了定量分析依据,为枪械的研制提供了新的改进方法。In order to study the dynamic characteristics of a certain automatic rifle in bursts,the virtual prototype model of the rifle was established by UG、MATLAB、ADAMS.The displacement sensor is set to control the timing of the application of external forces such as the bottom force of the chamber,the pressure of the air chamber,and the resistance of the shell,which successfully solves the load application of the automatic machine in the initial state of returning to position.The speed and displacement of the gun frame are selected as the verification indicators,and the continuous firing of the automatic rifle is simulated and analyzed,and the simulation results are compared with the test results to verify the credibility of the model and the simulation results.A simulation analysis was made on the frame speed,rifle bolt speed,frame-hammer contact force and bolt-machine-hammer contact force of the three-shot gun with the diameter of the air guide holes of 2.3 mm,2.5 mm,and 2.7 mm.Able to have an in-depth understanding of the dynamic characteristics of the gas-operated system.It shortens the development cycle of firearms and improves the reliability of the design,provides a quantitative analysis basis for the design of the gas-operated system of the firearms,and provides a new and improved method for the development of firearms.
