摘  要:针对6.2 m大采高支架在长期使用过程中反馈出的一些短板,对其顶梁结构进行优化设计,从根本上解决原支架割煤后空顶距大、伸缩梁别卡、收回不到位、一级护帮千斤更换困难等问题,进而提升整架性能。In view of some short boards fed back by the 6.2m high mining support in the long-term use process,the top beam structure is optimized and designed to fundamentally solve the problems such as large unsupported roof distance after the original support is cut coal,the telescopic beam is stuck,the recovery is not in place,and the difficulty in replacing the first stage support,so as to improve the performance of the whole frame.
