摘　　要：以上汽荣威35015S4U发动机的发电机皮带及其张紧装置失效的两个典型故障案例来展开分析研究,重点探讨发电机皮带及张紧装置的异响和皮带断裂问题,并提出故障排除方法。From two typical failure cases of the generator belt and its tensioning device of the SAIC Roewe 35015S4U engine,the analysis and research are carried out,focusing on the abnormal noise and belt breakage of the generator belt and the tensioning device,and the troubleshooting methods are proposed.
