漏电断路器在煤矿供电系统中的应用

摘　　要：煤矿井下供电系统老化、越级跳闸等现象严重,导致供电稳定性差,供电设备损坏严重。为了解决该技术难题,司马矿供电队通过技术研究对二采区供电系统进行优化改进,给供电系统安装了一套DZ24L型漏电断路器,并对其动作电流值进行合理整定。实际应用表明:供电系统安装断路器后,提高了系统供电稳定性,降低了供电系统故障率,保证了采掘工作面机电设备安全高效运行,取得了显著的应用成效。The underground power supply system of coal mines is aging,overstepping tripping and other phenomena are serious,resulting in poor power supply stability and serious damage to power supply equipment.In order to solve this technical problem,the power supply team of Sima Mine optimized and improved the power supply system of the second mining area through technical research.A set of DZ24L leakage circuit breaker is installed for the power supply system,and its operating current value is reasonably set.From the actual application effect,the installation of circuit breakers in the power supply system improves the stability of the system power supply,reduces the failure rate of the power supply system,and ensures the safe and efficient operation of the electromechanical equipment in the mining face,and significant application results have been achieved.
