胃咳病机证治文献分析

摘　　要：咳嗽是临床常见疾病,其中以咳而兼呕为主症者命名为胃咳。在中国知网上分别按照“篇名、关键词、全文”检索“胃咳”,共纳入符合标准的文献85篇,并对其证型分布及用药功效、药向、归经做了统计分析,总结出肺胃气逆、肝胃气逆、肝胃郁热等17种证型,基本病机为肺胃气逆,病位主要涉及肺胃肝脾等脏腑,病性为本虚标实,治法以祛邪补虚,理气降逆为要,并从排名前10位的药物中提取出六君子汤,作为治疗胃咳基本方。Cough is a common clinical disease,among which the one accompanied with vomiting is named stomach cough.“Stomach cough”was searched as“title,keyword,and full text”on China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),and 85 research papers meeting the inclusion criteria were included.Statistical analysis was made on the distribution of syndrome types,medicinal efficacy,medicinal direction,and tropism.To sum up,there were 17 types of syndromes,such as counterflow of lung-stomach qi,counter of liver-stomach qi,depressed heat in liver-stomach.with the primary disease mechanism being counterflow of lung-stomach qi,the disease locations mainly involve lung,stomach,liver,and spleen,and other viscera,the disease is of deficient root and excessive root,and the treatment is eliminating evils and replenishing deficiency,regulating qi and descending counterflow of qi.Extracted from the 10 top medicinals,there is Liujunzi Decoction(六君子汤)as the primary formula for treating stomach cough.
