超短波联合中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察运用超短波联合中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者的临床疗效。方法:收集DPN患者共120例,采用随机数字表法分成单纯超短波治疗组(A组)、中药治疗组(B组)、超短波联合中药治疗组(C组)、对照组(D组),每组30例患者。所有患者均进行常规西医基础治疗,A组:基础治疗+超短波电疗,B组:基础治疗+中药治疗,C组:基础治疗+超短波联合中药治疗;治疗1个月为1个疗程。对治疗前后的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、震动感觉阈值(VPT)水平、空腹血糖(FBS)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)水平、多伦多临床病变神经评分(TCSS评分)结果、减分率情况、神经传导速度进行比较。结果:经治疗后,C组的VPT、2 h PBG、FBS水平明显低于A组,SOD明显升高且高于A组(P<0.05);C组的VPT水平明显低于D组(P<0.05);四组经治疗后的空腹及餐后2 h血糖均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);B、C两组的SOD水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05);C组的2 h PBG及VPT水平较B组明显降低,而SOD水平较B组明显升高(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,C组的VPT水平明显降低(P<0.05);A、B、D三组的TCSS评分经治疗后明显高于C组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,C组的TCSS评分明显降低(P<0.05)。C组的患者减分率明显升高且显著高于D组减分率(P<0.05);各组治疗后神经传导速度均明显改善,C组改善明显优于其余三组(P<0.05)。结论:运用超短波联合中药方剂治疗DPN疗效显著,与单纯中药方剂治疗比较优势明显,可显著改善DPN患者的临床症状。Objective:To explore clinical efficacy of ultrashort wave combined with Chinese medicinals in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:A total of 120 DPN patients were included and randomly divided into simple ultrashort wave therapy group(group A)Chinese medicinals group(Group B),ultrashort wave combined with Chinese medicinals group(group C)and control group(group D),30 patients in each group.All patients were treated with routine western medicine,and in each group,patients were given other treatment as follows:group A:routine therapy+ultrashort wave therapy,group B:routine therapy+Chinese medicine therapy,group C:routine therapy+ultrashort wave therapy combined with Chinese medicine therapy.Treatment for one month is a treatment course.The levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),vibration sensory threshold(VPT),fasting blood sugar(FBS),2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG),Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS)score and reduction rate,nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment were compared.Results:The levels of VPT,2 h PBG and FBS in group C were significantly lower than those in group A(P<0.05).The VPT level in group C was significantly lower than that in group D(P<0.05).The levels of SOD in group B and group C were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of 2 h PBG and VPT in group C were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05).The level of VPT in group C was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05),and the level of SOD in group C was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TCSS score was significantly higher in group C than that in group C(P<0.05).TCSS score in group C was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The reduction rate of patients in group C was significantly higher than that in group D(P<0.05).After the treatment,the nerve conduction velocity in group C was significantly improved compared with the other three groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:The combination of ultrashort
