摘　　要：总结刘伟胜教授治疗肺癌脑转移的用药经验。刘伟胜教授认为正气虚弱是肺癌的发病基础,癌毒则是其直接致病因素,髓海空虚为发生脑转移的基础,风痰互结是导致脑转移的直接原因。刘伟胜教授主张从肾虚论治,并对症状明显者佐以通腑泻浊法缓解症状,收效甚佳。To summarize the experience by Professor LIU Weisheng in the treatment of brain metastases from lung cancer.Professor LIU Weisheng holds that the weakness of vital energy is the basis of lung cancer,cancerous toxin is the direct pathogenic factor,insufficiency of marrow sea is the basis of brain metastasis,and combined wind and phlegm are the direct causes of brain metastasis.Professor LIU Weisheng advocates that the treatment should be based on kidney deficiency,and for those with obvious symptoms,the method of relaxing bowels and purging turbidity should be added.His treatment is of remarkable effect.
