徐福松酸甘养阴法治疗阳痿经验

摘　　要：徐福松教授辨治阳痿提出“禾苗学说”,认为本病治疗,如培育禾苗,当添水(滋阴)以固其根、培其本,不宜曝晒(壮阳)而折其标、损其寿。提出阳痿患者以阴虚为本的观点,其病机与心、肝、肾三脏阴液不足密切相关,兼有气滞血瘀、虚阳浮越、阳损及阴等变证。治疗上灵活采用酸甘养阴法为基础,滋养心、肝、肾三脏之阴,兼以理气活血、交通心肾、阴中求阳等多种治法,临证化裁,创制出治疗阳痿的起痿系列方,应用于临床,取效颇佳。Professor XU Fusong puts forward the theory of“rice seedling”in the treatment of sexual impotence.According to him,the treatment of sexual impotence is like cultivating rice seedling,that is,supplementing water(nourishing yin)to protect the roots,and avoiding exposure(tonifying yang),which would damage the branch and reduce life span.Yin deficiency is the root of sexual impotence,and the disease mechanism usually involves deficiency of yin fluids of heart,liver and kidney,accompanied with various syndromes such as qi stagnation and blood stasis,deficient yang floating,and deficient yang damaging yin.In the treatment,sour sweet nourishing yin is usually applied with flexibility,to nourish the yin of the heart,liver and kidney,assisted with promoting qi and activating blood,restoring coordination between heart and kidney,treat yin for yang.Clinically,a series of formulas for treating sexual impotence have been invented to achieve satisfactory effect.
