摘 要:针对采用现行闸门规范设计高水头大泄量闸门面板不尽合理且偏危险的问题,采用有限元法分别对有解析解的四边简支、四边固支的正方形和矩形板中心挠度进行系统求解,并与基于Kirchhoff-Love薄板理论和基于Mindlin-Reissner中厚板理论的解析解对比。研究表明:有限元分析时单元类型和单元网格数对面板区格的计算结果有较大影响,且当面板区格各边单位长度网格数不少于4份或单元尺寸长度在0.03~0.25 m时,可满足计算精度和效率的统一;采用基于Kirchhoff-Love的薄板理论计算中厚面板区格中心挠度时,得到的结果比真实结果偏小18.67%,采用基于Mindlin-Reissner的中厚板理论对中厚面板区格进行计算时误差仅0.5%;采用中厚板理论和具有横向剪切变形功能的单元类型的有限元法可对中厚板和薄板类型的闸门面板进行合理设计,而不具有横向剪切变形功能单元类型的有限元法仅适用薄板类型的闸门面板。研究可为空间有限元法在闸门分析中的推广应用奠定技术基础,为闸门设计规范的修订完善提供理论基础。In view of the problems of unreasonable and dangerous design of high water head and large discharge gate panel with current gate design specifications,the central deflections of square and rectangular plates with simple support at four sides and fixed support on four sides are systematically solved by finite element method respectively,and the calculation results are compared with the analytical solutions based on Kirchhoff-Love thin plate theory and Mindlin-Reissner plate theory respectively.The results show that,(a)the element type and grid number have a great influence on the calculation results of the panel,and the unity of calculation accuracy and efficiency can be met when the unit grid number of each side of panel is not less than 4 meshes or the length of the element is 0.03-0.25 m;(b)when the thin plate theory based on Kirchhoff-Love is used to calculate the medium-thick panel,the center deflection is 18.67%smaller that the real situation,and the error is only 0.5%when the medium-thick panel is calculated by Mindlin-Reissner theory;and(c)the medium-thick plate theory and the finite element method of element type with transverse shear deformation function can be used to design gate panels of the medium-thick plate and thin plate type reasonably,and the finite element method of element type without transverse shear deformation function is only applicable to thin-type gate panels.This study can lay a technical foundation for popularization and application of spatial finite element method in gate analysis,and provide a theoretical basis for the revision and perfection of gate design specifications.
