摘 要:为将水库洪水调度方案快速转化为模型计算资源,首先对洪水调度要素进行量化解析生成调度条款库,并采用统一结构存储管理;其次,构建通用驱动引擎,实现对调度条款库的动态适配和全过程模拟计算;然后设计多种调度场景对调度条款库进行校验修正,并采用http服务方式对驱动引擎进行模型化封装。滦河流域潘家口水库的实例应用结果表明,该方法行之有效,计算成果与洪水调度方案的文字描述相符,可有效支撑洪水调度决策。In order to quickly transform the reservoir flood dispatching scheme into model computing resources,the flood dispatching elements are quantified and analyzed to generate the dispatching clause library,and the unified structure is adopted for storage and management.Secondly,a general drive engine is built to realize the dynamic adaptation of the dispatching clause library and the whole process simulation calculation.Finally,a variety of scheduling scenarios are designed to verify and modify the dispatching clause library,and the HTTP service is adopted to model and encapsulate the driving engine.The application of the method in Panjiakou Reservoir of Luanhe River Basin shows that,the method is effective,and the results are consistent with the literal description of the flood dispatching scheme,which can effectively support the flood control decision.
