摘  要:用于调试铁路室内电路的传统模拟盘存在携带不便、通用性差以及测试不完善等缺点。首先运用模块化思想,将室外信号设备设计成独立板卡,同时在板卡内加入故障模拟电路,使测试更加充分;然后通过I/O扩展技术,使各类独立板卡可扩展级联为不同车站拓扑,使系统具有通用性;最后引入上位机部分,以便调试更加便捷。测试结果表明,设计的铁路信号室内通用电路测试系统可通过分线柜连接室内系统,对铁路室内信号设备进行调试,并相较于传统模拟盘具有通用性强、测试全面以及便携的特点,具有一定的实用价值及现实意义。Traditional analog boards used to debug railway indoor circuits have disadvantages such as inconvenience to carry,poor versatility,and imperfect testing.The thesis first uses modularization to design the outdoor signal equipment as an independent board,and at the same time adds a fault simulation circuit to the board to make the test more fully;then through the I/O expansion technology,various independent boards can be expanded and cascaded.The topology of different stations makes the system universal;finally the upper computer part is introduced to make debugging more convenient.The test results show that the railway signal indoor general circuit test system designed in the thesis can be connected to the indoor system through the branch cabinet to debug the railway indoor signal equipment.Compared with the traditional analog panel,it has the characteristics of strong versatility,comprehensive testing and portability.It has certain practical value and practical significance.
