摘　　要：同行评议对期刊提升学术质量、匡正研究中的失误具有十分重要的作用。然而,在同行评议过程中,参与审稿的各方可能会受各种因素的影响,并未严格遵守公平、公正和客观的原则,偏离以科学性评价论文,出现审稿不端的情况。本文分析学术期刊同行评议过程中出现审稿不端行为的原因,并针对性地提出通过检测作者与审稿人合作情况及完善审稿管理等对策,以期减少评议过程中的不端行为,确保学术论文评审的客观性和公正性。Peer review plays a very important role in improving the academic quality of journal articles. However,during the peer review process, the responsibility may be effected by various factors. Failing to strictly abide by the principles of fairness,impartiality and objectivity and deviating from the scientific evaluation of the paper may result in misconducts of manuscripts review. By analyzing the causes of improper review and misconducts during the peer review process of the journal,Weput forward the countermeasures such as checking the previous cooperation between authors and reviewers. We hope this research can improve review management,reduce problems in the review process,and ensure the objectivity and fairness of academic paper review.
