基于方正云平台的编排模式选择——以《电力自动化设备》为例

摘　　要：目前,方正云服务平台已在我国期刊的排版软件中占据一席之地。通过实践和调研,总结基于方正云服务平台的编排模式,将其分为4类,这4类编排模式下的人员配置、适用范围各有不同并且各有优劣。新模式下编辑和制排之间的边界变得模糊,通过改进和优化出版流程可在现有资源的基础上最大化地利用该平台,从而减少工作量,提高编辑工作弹性。以《电力自动化设备》为例,根据其办刊特点选择适宜的编排模式,通过不断尝试和总结,改进和优化出版流程,并从编辑部、作者、平台3个层面分别探讨了改进和优化出版流程后可能出现的问题,同时提出了可供参考的建议,以期为不同期刊编辑部使用该平台提供借鉴。Founder Cloud service platform has occupied a place among the typesetting software selected by Chinese journals. The editing and typesetting patterns provided by Founder Cloud service platform are summarized based on practice and survey. The editing and typesetting patterns of Founder Cloud service platform are classified into four types,and each editing pattern has its specific personnel allocation and application area with both advantages and disadvantages. However,a clear boundary between editing and typesetting is not available under new editing and typesetting patterns. The work flexibility of editors can be greatly improved by improving and optimizing the publishing process. Based on the use of Founder Cloud by Electric Power Automation Equipment,we discussed on how to optimize and improve publishing process from the perspective of editors, authors and the platform, and put forward some valuable suggestions to provide references for editors from different journals to use this platform.
