摘  要:模块化多电平变流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)作为柔性直流输电的核心装置,运行状态关系直流输电系统的安全稳定。文中为监测MMC中绝缘栅双极型晶体管(insulated gate bipolar transistor,IGBT)的运行状态,提出了一种适合实际模块结构的IGBT暂态电压全过程精确测量方法。根据MMC结构设计了宽频电压传感模块,分压比为10000:1,最高测量电压为10 kV,频响范围为DC~40 MHz。采集模块分为高电位和低电位模块,采样率为100 Ms/s,模拟带宽20 MHz,两模块之间采用光纤联接,有效解决了高电位测量中的绝缘问题。通过模拟阶跃试验和真型MMC平台试验验证了测量系统的分压比、频响特性等各项性能指标到达了设计要求,实现了柔性直流输电工程中MMC模块内IGBT运行暂态电压的实时监测,有利于及时发现MMC缺陷,提升运行稳定性。The operation condition of modular multilevel converter(MMC),as the core device of flexible DC transmission,is related to the safety and stability of HVDC system.For monitoring the operation condition of Insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)in MMC,a kind of whole process accurate measurement method of transient voltage of IGBT,which is suitable to the actual modular structure,is proposed in this paper.The wide frequency voltage sensing module is designed in accordance with the MMC structure,with the voltage division ratio at 10000:1,the maximum measurement voltage at 10 kV and the frequency response range at DC~40 MHz.The acquisition module is divided into high and low potential modules,with the sampling rate at 100 Ms/s and the analog bandwidth at 20 MHz.The two modules are connected by optical fiber,which effectively solves the insulation problem in high potential measurement.It is verified by the simulated step test and the real MMC platform test that such each performance index as division ratio and frequency response characteristic of the measurement has reached the design requirement and the real-time monitoring of the transient voltage of IGBT in MMC module in the flexible DC transmission project has been achieved,which are conducive to detect the defects of MMC in time and improve the operation stability.
