摘  要:为了实现GIS VFTO测量的现场标定,需要一种可以将VFTO信号传导到真实管线上的馈入结构。考虑到VFTO的高电压和宽频带特性,设计了一种利用阻抗变换实现宽带阻抗匹配的同轴传输线结构。以锥形传输线为基础,研究了指数渐变、三角渐变和Klopfenstein阻抗渐变在宽带阻抗匹配方面的性能,并设计了用于真实GIS管线结构尺寸的阻抗变换模型。通过全波仿真软件,获得了3种模型的散射系数矩阵,并定量分析了结构长度和纹波系数对模型反射系数的影响。For achieving site calibration of VFTO measurements of GIS,a kind of feed structure is required to conduct the VFTO signals onto the real GIS pipelines.Considering high voltage and wideband characteristics of VFTO,a kind of coaxial transmission line structure using impedance transformation for wide-band impedance matching is designed.Based on the tapered transmission line,the performance of exponential gradation,triangular gradation and Klopfenstein impedance gradation in wide-band impedance matching is studied and the impedance transformation model for real GIS pipeline structure size is designed.The scattering coefficient matrixes of three models are obtained by the full-wave simulation software,and the influence of the structure length and the ripple coefficient on the reflection coefficient of the model is quantitatively analyzed.
