摘 要:随着城市电网的快速发展,长距离、大容量超高压交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆得到了广泛应用。交流耐压试验是交联聚乙烯电缆交接及预防性试验中的常规必备项目。文中针对某电缆线路工程中的500 kV交流交联聚乙烯电缆现场试验要求,选取了典型串联谐振试验用电抗器作为研究对象,开展了满负荷情况下的电—热—流耦合仿真计算,以校验电抗器的设计是否能够满足现场试验要求。仿真结果表明试验电抗器的热点最高温度出现在绕组的第一线饼内层处,温度为63.83℃,油流均温为55.7℃,顶层油温为61.5℃,绕组均温为60.18℃。综合分析温升限值和仿真结果,可判断出仿真研究中得到的温度、油流速度分布结果较为合理,电抗器在满负荷运行条件下,各部分温度大小在合理范围之内。最后,针对上述仿真计算结果对串联谐振试验用电抗器提出了优化设计建议。With the rapid development of urban power grid,the long-distance and large-capacity ultra-high voltage cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)cables have been widely used. AC withstand voltage test is a routine and necessary item in the handover and preventive test of crosslinked polyethylene cable. Aiming at the field test requirements of 500 kV AC XLPE cable in a cable line project,the typical series resonant test reactors are selected as the research objects and the electric-thermal-current coupling simulation calculation under full load is carried out to verify whether the design of the reactor can meet the field test requirements. The simulation results show that the highest hot spot temperature of test reactor,namely 63.83 ℃,appears in the inner layer of the first line cake of the winding. The average oil flow temperature is 55.7 ℃,the oil temperature on the top layer is 61.5 ℃ and the average temperature of the winding is 60.18 ℃. The comprehensive analysis of the temperature rise limit and the simulation results can judge that the temperature and oil flow velocity distribution obtained in the simulation study are more reasonable and the temperature of each part of the reactors is within a reasonable range under full load operation conditions. Finally,as for above simulation results,some suggestions for optimum design of series resonant reactor are proposed.
