摘　　要：目的了解多囊卵巢综合征患者的血清Chemerin和Apelin水平,探讨二者与多囊卵巢综合征的关系。方法选取2019-2020年在苏州大学附属第一医院就诊的40例多囊卵巢综合征患者为观察组,选取同期进行体检的40例健康女性为对照组,比较两组Chemerin和Apelin水平,多囊卵巢综合征患者Chemerin和Apelin水平与胰岛素抵抗指数之间的关系采用Pearson相关分析。结果观察组血清Chemerin为(45.52±12.27)ng/mL,高于对照组的(35.33±8.97)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=4.240,P<0.05)。观察组血清Apelin为(2.21±0.97)ng/mL,高于对照组的(1.97±0.77)ng/mL,但差异无统计学意义(t=1.226,P>0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示:多囊卵巢综合征患者血清Apelin水平与胰岛素抵抗指数无相关性(r=0),血清Chemerin水平与胰岛素抵抗指数呈正相关(r-=0.45,P<0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征患者血清Chemerin水平升高,可能与多囊卵巢综合征的发生及胰岛素抵抗有关。Objective To understand the levels of serum chemerin and apelin in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS),and to discuss the relationship between the levels of serum chemerin and apelin and PCOS.Methods A total of 40 PCOS patients and 40 healthy subjects in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from 2019 to 2020 were selected,the 40 PCOS patients as the observation group,and the 40 healthy subjects as the control group.The levels of chemerin and apelin were compared between the two groups.The relationship between the chemerin and apelin levels and the homeostasis model assessment insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)in PCOS patient were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results The serum levels of chemerin was(45.52±12.27)ng/mL in the observation group,which was significantly higher than the control group of(35.33±8.97)ng/mL(t=4.240,P<0.05).The scaim levels of apelin was(2.21±0.97)ng/mL,which was higher than the control group of(1.97±0.77)ng/mL,but the difference was not significant(t=1.226,P>0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum apelin levels were not correlated with HOMA-IR(r=0),and serum chemerin levels were positively correlated with HOMA-IR significantly(r=0.45,P<0.05).Conclusion The increased scrum chemerin in PCOS patients may be related to the occurrence of PCOS and insulin resistance.
