摘　　要：公平正义是现代国家强调的核心价值,是制定各项社会制度和经济社会政策的首要原则,受到各国普遍重视。马克思在《共产党宣言》里明确指出:在资产阶级社会里,活的劳动只是增殖已经积累起来的劳动的一种手段。在共产主义社会里,已经积累起来的劳动只是扩大、丰富和提高工人的生活的一种手段。因此,在资产阶级社会里是过去支配现在,在共产主义社会里是现在支配过去。这句话深刻指出了资本主义和社会主义公平正义理念差别的密码基因,揭示了资本主义公平正义理念的宗教幻想本质,阐明了社会主义公平正义理念的唯物实践性质,为我们看透资本主义公平正义口号的虚伪与落后,解决我国公平正义问题提供了思路和借鉴。Fairness and justice is the core value emphasized by modern coun-tries and the first principle of formulating various social systems and economic and social policies,which is widely valued by all countries.Marx clearly pointed out in the Communist Manifesto that in bourgeois:society,living la-bor is only a means to proliferate accumulated labor.In a communist society,accumulated labor is only a means of enlarging enriching and.improving the lives of the workers.Thus,in bourgeois society,the past dominates the present,and in communist society the present dominates the past.This sen-tence profoundly points out the code genes of the difference between the cap-italist and socialist ideas of fairness and justice,reveals the religious fantasy nature of the capitalist idea of fairness and justice,and clarifies the material-istic practice nature of the socialist idea of fairness and justice.This pro-vides us with ideas and references to see through the hypocrisy and back-wardness of the slogan of fairness and justice of capitalism and to solve the problem of social equity and justice in our country.
