输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗孤立肾肾结石的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术(RIRS)治疗孤立肾肾结石的临床疗效,评估其临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2015年7月至2019年12月期间在本院接受RIRS治疗的13例孤立肾肾结石患者的临床资料,观察分析患者的术中出血量、手术时间及结石清除率(SFR),比较分析患者手术前后的肾功能、疼痛评分情况。结果应用RIRS治疗患者的手术时间、术中出血量、SFR分别为(90.56±3.39)min、(5.6±1.0)m、(94.0±4.1)%。患者的血尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)水平及疼痛评分均较术前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论KIRS治疗孤立肾肾结石,其疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of flexible ureteroscopic holniium laser lithotripsy for renal calculi with solitary kidney and to evaluate its clinical value.Methods A retrospective study of 13 patients with isolated kidney stones treated with flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy from July 2015 to December 2019 was conducted.The intraoperative blood loss,duration of operation,and stone-free rate(SFR)were analyzed.Renal function and pain scores were compared before and after surgery.Results The average operative time,intraoperative blood loss arid SFR()f parents treated with flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy were(90.56±3.39)min,(5.6±1.0)mL and(94.0±4.1)%,respectively.The BlIN,Ccr were lower than before operation,the pain score of patients was lower than before operation(P<0.05).Conclusions Flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for renal calculi with solitary kidney is effective and suitable for clinical application.
