摘　　要：智能仓库管理系统是整个企业的物料与产品管理、调度和协调的指挥中心。班组仓库内的存储物品类目杂且数量多,每次抢修前都要花一定时间寻找备品配件,库存得不到及时更新,容易造成物品短缺或丢失。通过建立智能仓库系统,可实现班组仓库物料智能存储,在货架传感器上采集货物的存取数据,通过无线网络模块将数据传至云端,经过后台软件系统对数据的处理,可在智能仓库软件网页上进行数据查询、库存管理和其他应用。使用智能仓库系统后,实现了物料的智能管理,提高了生产效率、降低了劳动强度,并有效地提高了库房空间利用率。The intelligent warehouse management system is of strategic significance in modern production management system,and it is the command center of material and product management,scheduling and coordination of the whole enterprise.At present,the storage items in the warehouse of the team are miscellaneous and in large quantity.Before each repair,it is necessary to spend some time searching for spare parts.The inventory can not be updated in time,which will easily cause the shortage and loss of the goods.Through intelligent warehouse system,the material intelligent storage of team warehouse is realized,the storage data of goods is collected on the shelf sensor,and the data is transmitted to the cloud through wireless network module.After the data processing by the background software system,data query,inventory management and other applications can be carried out on the software web page of intelligent warehouse.After using the intelligent warehouse system,the intelligent management of materials is realized,which improves the production efficiency,reduces the labor intensity,effectively improves the utilization rate of warehouse space,and brings great economic benefits to the enterprise.
