摘　　要：许多人类肿瘤是由致瘤病毒引起的,除病毒编码蛋白外,大量证据表明,由致瘤病毒诱导宿主转录的非编码RNA(non-coding RNA,ncRNA)也是促进肿瘤产生的重要辅佐因子。在早期,由于ncRNA不能编码蛋白质,因而被研究者认为是无用的RNA,但随着科学技术的发展,人们逐渐了解其在多种生物学过程中的重要性。肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)在原发性肝癌中的占比大,其患者死亡率在所有癌症中排名第三,常见于亚洲、非洲和欧洲南部,乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)的慢性持续性感染是其主要产生原因。大于200个核苷酸识别的ncRNA被称为长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,lncRNA)。目前人们对lncRNA在HBV相关HCC中的机制仍不清楚,但越来越多的证据表明lncRNA在HBV相关HCC过程中发挥了关键性作用,使得lncRNA成为HCC治疗的关键要素。本文主要就HBV感染导致的HCC与lncRNA之间的关系作一综述。Many human tumors are caused by oncoviruses.In addition to virus-encoded proteins,a large amount of evidence shows that non-coding RNA(ncRNA)transcribed by oncoviruses is also an important cofactor in promoting tumorigenesis.In the early days,ncRNA was considered as junk RNA by researchers because it could not encode proteins.However,with the development of science and technology,people gradually understood its importance in various biological processes.Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)accounts for the majority of primary liver cancers and has the third highest mortality rate of all cancers,commonly found in Asia,Africa and southern Europe,with chronic persistent infection of hepatitis B virus(HBV)being the main cause.The ncRNA recognized by more than 200 nucleotides is called long-stranded non-coding RNA(lncRNA).At present,the mechanism of lncRNA in HBV-related HCC is still unclear,but there is growing evidence that lncRNA plays a key role in HBV-related HCC process,making lncRNA a key element in the treatment of HCC.This article mainly reviews the relationship between HCC and lncRNA caused by HBV infection.
