枣LAC基因家族的鉴定与表达分析

摘  要:对枣LAC基因家族成员进行鉴定,并进行生物信息学和表达模式分析,为进一步研究枣LAC基因家族成员的功能提供参考依据。从枣(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.)基因组中鉴定得到36个ZjLAC基因,编码439~621个氨基酸,分子量大小在49.09~69.86 kD之间,等电点为4.97~9.77,大多数为亲水性蛋白。亚细胞定位预测发现,47.22%的ZjLAC蛋白位于细胞外。ZjLAC基因家族成员不均匀地分布在枣的9条染色体上,其中定位到Chr.11上的成员最多有8个。系统发育分析将ZjLAC基因家族成员分成6组(Ⅰ~Ⅵ)。对枣LAC基因表达模式分析结果表明,8个成员在“壶瓶枣”果实发育过程中表达量较高,结合系统发育分析,推测这些基因可能在枣逆境胁迫和类黄酮代谢过程中发挥着重要作用。本研究为ZjLAC家族基因的功能研究奠定了理论基础。To better understand the function of Ziziphus jujuba laccase(ZjLAC)gene family members,we identified the jujube LAC gene family members,and the bioinformatics and expression pattern analysis were conducted.A total of 36 ZjLAC genes were identified from Ziziphus jujuba Mill.genome,encoding 439~621 amino acids,the molecular weight was 49.09~69.86 kD,the pI was 4.97~9.77,and most of ZjLAC genes were hydrophilic proteins.Subcellular localization prediction showed that 47.22%of ZjLAC protein were located in extracellular.ZiLAC gene family members were unevenly distributed in 9 chromosomes of jujube,of which 8 members were located in Chr.11 at most.Phylogenetic analysis divided the ZjLAC gene family members into 6 groups(Ⅰ~Ⅵ).Analysis of the ZjLAC genes expression pattern showed that 8 members were highly expressed in the'Hupingzao'fruit development process,combining with phylogenetic analysis,it was speculated that these genes might play an important role in the stress and flavonoid metabolism of Ziziphus jujuba.This study laid a theoretical foundation for the functional study of ZjLAC family genes.
