摘  要:为分析干热胁迫下文冠果幼苗的分子响应机制,本研究以三月龄文冠果幼苗为材料,采用非标定量技术,结合质谱鉴定及生物信息学分析,探究文冠果幼苗叶片在干热胁迫下的蛋白差异表达。本试验共鉴定得到蛋白组数1442个,根据明显差异肽段确定标准分析得到差异蛋白100个,其中包括上调表达蛋白55个,下调表达蛋白45个。在100个差异蛋白中,通过数据库搜索分析得到了已知功能的蛋白29个,假定蛋白71个,其中上调差异表达蛋白主要参与抗氧化代谢、逆境防御、细胞内信号转导、光合作用等过程,下调差异表达蛋白主要参与蛋白加工修饰与水解、氧化还原反应、TCA循环、物质代谢等过程。本研究结果有助于阐明文冠果干热胁迫分子机制。In order to analyze the molecular response mechanism of Xanthoceras sorbifolia seedlings under dry heat stress,this study used label-free protein quantification technology,mass spectrometry identification and bioinformatics analysis of three-month-old Xanthoceras sorbifolia seedlings as the material,to explore the differential expression between the protein stress conditions in the leaves of Xanthoceras sorbifolia seedlings and normal growth.In this study,a total of 1442 proteomic groups were identified,and 100 differentially expressed proteins were obtained by standard analysis based on distinct differentially expressed peptides,including 55 up-regulated proteins and 45 down-regulated proteins.In 100 different proteins,it has been known through the analysis of the database search function of 29 of 71 assumes that protein and protein,which raised the differentially expressed proteins are mainly involved in antioxidant defense,intracellular signal transduction,metabolism,adversity photosynthesis process,such as cut differentially expressed proteins are mainly involved in protein processing modification and hydrolysis,oxidation reduction reaction,TCA cycle and metabolism process.The results are helpful to elucidate the molecular mechanism of dry-heat stress in Xanthoceras sorbifolia.
