摘 要:为了探究轨道炮身管结构对发射时变形情况的影响,选取两种常用的轨道炮结构,通过建立截面面积相同的轨道模型,利用有限元仿真方法,进行电磁—结构的多场耦合计算,得到发射过程中某一瞬间的轨道各部分形变量,以研究发射过程中截面形状对轨道变形的影响。结果表明,相比于方形截面轨道,圆形轨道内部主方向上的形变量更小,同时圆形电枢受到的体积力更均匀。选择圆形截面轨道可以有效减少发射时的轨道变形。In order to study the influence of the structure of the gun barrel on the deformation during launching,two commonly used gun barrel structures were selected.Rail model with the same cross-section area were established.By using the finite element simulation method,the multi field of electromagnetic-structure was calculated.The deformation of each part gun barrel at a certain moment in the launching was obtained,so as to study the influence that cross-section shape on the deformation of the gun barrel during the launching.The results show that,compared with the square section rail,the deformation in the main direction of the circular rail is smaller,and the volume force of the circular armature is more uniform.The selection of circular section rail can effectively reduce the rail deformation during launching.
