摘 要:由于受高宽比和工艺因素等影响,矩形截面螺旋弹簧在加工成形的过程中常常出现起皱和拉裂缺陷。传统的试错法不仅调试时间长且易受其它因素影响,造成工艺不稳定、成品率低等问题。因此采用数值模拟对矩形截面弹簧成形过程进行研究,分析了以上两种缺陷的质量影响因素,并结合单因素试验与正交试验,针对卷制速度、加工温度和工件摩擦系数三个因素对成形质量的影响进行评价。结果表明,工件接触摩擦对弹簧卷制成形质量的影响最为显著,卷制速度与温度的条件优化对于降低废品率也有着直接影响。依据模拟结果提出了一定高宽比下减少起皱、拉裂缺陷发生的参数优化组合,经工厂实际加工验证表明工艺参数设置合理,废品率明显降低。Due to the influence of aspect ratio and process factors,the rectangular section coil spring often has wrinkles and cracking defects during the forming process.The traditional trial and error method not only has a long debugging time and is easily affected by other factors,resulting in problems such as unstable processes and low yield.Therefore,this paper used numerical simulation to study the forming process of the leaf spring,analyzed the quality influencing factors of the above two kinds of defects,and combined the single factor test and the orthogonal test to deal with the three factors of rolling speed,processing temperature and workpiece friction coefficient.The influence of the forming quality was evaluated.The results show that the contact friction of the workpiece has the most significant effect on the forming quality of the spring coil.The optimization of the rolling speed and temperature conditions has a direct impact on reducing the scrap rate.According to the simulation results,the optimal combination of parameters for reducing wrinkles and cracking defects under a certain aspect ratio was proposed.The actual processing verification showed that the process parameters were set reasonably and the scrap rate was significantly reduced.
