摘 要:由于传统算法城市防灾空间单元划分合理性较低,存在着城市防灾能力评分低的缺陷,提出城市防灾空间单元风险分区防控算法仿真研究。在分析防灾空间要素(救灾路线、避难场所、消防系统、医疗救护系统与其它基础设施系统)基础上,获取城市防灾空间单元的合理布局,采用模糊综合评价法计算防灾空间单元风险防控性能,以上述获得的防灾空间单元风险防控性能等级数据为依据,推出防灾空间单元分区算法,对防灾空间单元进行分区操作,从而实现了城市防灾空间单元风险分区防控算法的运行。仿真结果显示:与现有三种算法相比较,实验对象防灾能力评分更高,并均属于防灾能力好等级范围内,充分证实了提出算法的有效性与可行性。In the unit division of urban disaster prevention space,the traditional algorithm has poor rationality and low disaster prevention ability score.Therefore,this paper puts forward the simulation research of zoning prevention and control algorithm of urban disaster prevention spatial unit risk.Disaster prevention space elements,such as disaster relief route,shelter,fire-fighting system,medical rescue system and other infrastructure systems,were analyzed in detail to obtain the reasonable layout of urban disaster prevention space units.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was introduced to calculate the risk prevention and control performance of the disaster prevention space unit;Based on this,the partition algorithm of the disaster prevention space unit was presented,and the partition operation of the disaster prevention space unit was carried out,thus achieving the operation of the risk partition prevention and controlling algorithm of the urban disaster prevention space unit.The results show that this method has higher disaster prevention ability score,effectiveness and feasibility.
