摘 要:[目的]利用延庆区农林废弃物生产基质替代泥炭和缓释肥用量对观赏辣椒外观形状的影响进行研究。[方法]以观赏辣椒为研究对象,采用两因素试验设计,研究农林废弃物不同基质配比替代泥炭和缓释肥用量对其生长的影响,并提出最优的方案。[结果]随着废弃物基质替代泥炭的比例逐渐增加,各指标均表现为下降的趋势,当替代水平达到100%时,除分枝数外,其他指标均与不替代泥炭的处理差异达到显著水平;施用缓释肥与不施用缓释肥的观赏辣椒相比,施用缓释肥的观赏辣椒的地上鲜重、单株产量、单株果数、叶绿素含量和分枝数均达显著水平,添加缓释肥的不同用量之间地上鲜重、单株产量和叶绿素含量有显著差异,其他指标无显著差异。废弃物替代水平和缓释肥用量之间存在着交互作用,其中叶绿素含量和地上鲜重达显著水平;采用模糊数学隶属度函数方法,为观赏辣椒选出最优方案为农林废弃物30%替代泥炭和缓释肥2 g/盆。[结论]可为观赏辣椒栽培基质配方选择提供理论参考。[Objective]The aim was to study the appearance and shape of ornamental pepper by replacing peat and slow release fertilizer with agricultural and forestry waste production substrate in Yanqing district.[Method]Ornamental pepper was used as the research object,and the two-factor experimental design was used to study the effect of different substrate ratioof agricultural and forest waste on its growth instead of peat and slow-release fertilizer,and the optimal scheme was proposed.[Result]The results showed that with the gradual increase of the proportion of waste mediuminstead of peat.All indexes showed a downward trend.When the replacement level reached 100%,all indexes except the number of branches reached a significant level with that of the treatment without peat.The fresh weight on the ground,individual yield,individual fruit number,chlorophyll content and branch number in ornamental pepper the application of low-release fertilizer reached significant level compared with that without application of low-release fertilizer.There were significant differences in fresh weight on the ground,individual yield and chlorophyll content among slow-release fertilizer with different dosages,but no significant differences in other indexes.There was an interaction between the level of waste replacement and the dosage of low-release fertilizer,in which chlorophyll content and fresh weight on the ground reach significant levels;Using fuzzy mathematics membership function method,the optimal scheme for ornamental pepper was selected as30%agricultural and forestry waste instead of peat and slow-release fertilizer 2 g/basin.[Conclusion]It could provide theoretical references for the selection of substrate formula for ornamental pepper cultivation.
