摘  要:[目的]了解西番莲成花与坐果期间的生理生化代谢变化。[方法]以‘满天星’西番莲为材料,分析坐果盛期西番莲枝蔓倒数展开完整叶第1~6叶中各项生理指标变化及其在成花与坐果期间的植株叶片内源激素变化。[结果]‘满天星’西番莲以二级枝蔓的花芽分化率与坐果数较多,其中第3~7节位花芽分化数较多,坐果率较高,且稳定。在坐果盛期各节位对应叶片的生理代谢方面,可溶性蛋白质、淀粉含量与ɑ-淀粉酶活性均以倒数第1叶最高。蔗糖代谢能力强弱均与不同节位呈正相关性,蔗糖含量与SS(合成方向)活性均以倒数第4、5、6高叶位最高,SPS活性也均随着叶位提升而提高。硝酸还原酶活性,除了倒数第2叶和第6叶外,其它叶位均有较高活性。而过氧化反应与抗氧化系统变化规律不明显。在成花与坐果期枝蔓叶片中内源激素方面,GA含量在枝蔓分化生长期有一个小高峰,而后在花芽分化与坐果初期有所降低,到盛期才达到高水平。而IAA则相反,在以枝蔓分化生长为主时期呈低水平,而后花芽分化与坐果初期小高峰,最后在盛期有所回落。ABA含量在花芽分化坐果盛期达到最高值,而ZR含量则相反。[结论]可为成花坐果期的植株栽培管理技术提供参考。[Objective]The aim was to understand the physiological and biochemical changes of Passiflora edulis during flowering and fruit setting.[Method]The physiological indexes of Passiflora edulis‘Mantianxing’from the first to the sixth leaves of its branches and vines were analyzed,and the changes of endogenous hormones in the leaves of Passiflora edulis during flowering and fruit setting were analyzed.[Result]The results showed that the flower bud differentiation rate and fruit setting rate of‘Mantianxing’Passiflora edulis were higher in the second branches and vines,and the flower bud differentiation rate and fruit setting rate of No.3-7 were higher and stable.In terms of physiological metabolism,the soluble protein,starch content andα-amylase activity were the highest in No.1 leaf.There was a positive correlation between sucrose metabolism and different nodal position.Sucrose content and SS(synthetic direction)activity were the high in No.4,5 and 6 high leaves,and SPS activity was also increased with the increase of leaf position.For nitrate reductase activity,except No.2 and No.6 leaves,other leaves had higher activity.However,the changes of peroxidation and antioxidant system were not obvious.In terms of endogenous hormones in leaves of branches and vines during flowering and fruiting stages,GA content had a small peak during the differentiation and growth stage of branches and vines,then decreased at the early stage of flower bud differentiation and fruiting,and reached a high level at the peak stage.On the contrary,IAA had a low level in the period of branch and vine differentiation,followed by a small peak in the early stage of flower bud differentiation and fruit setting,and finally decreased in the peak period.The ABA content reached the highest value at the peak stage of flower bud differentiation and fruit setting.The content of ZR was on the contrary.[Conclusion]It could provide a reference for plant cultivation and management technology in flowering and fruiting period.
