摘 要:井下节流技术是苏里格气田实现高效开采的有效手段之一。基于桃7区块气井实测流压及温度数据,优选出适用于该区块产水气井的两相流压降和温降计算模型,通过对比分析节流前后气井临界携液流量、临界携液流速、举升压降等参数,并结合井筒内天然气水合物生成温度分布规律,对典型气井井下节流参数进行了优化设计。结果表明,对于产水气井,适当增加节流器下入深度,可有效地提高气井携液能力,且可有效地减小节流后形成水合物的可能性。该研究结果可为苏里格气田产液气井井下节流工艺参数设计提供有效支撑。Downhole throttling technology is one of the effective means to realize efficient production in Sulige gas field.Based on the measured flow pressure and temperature data of gas wells in Tao7 block,the calculation model of two-phase flow pressure drop and temperature drop suitable for water producing gas wells in this block is optimized.By comparing and analyzing the parameters such as critical liquid carrying flow rate,critical liquid carrying flow rate and lifting pressure drop before and after throttling,combined with the distribution law of natural gas hydrate formation temperature in the wellbore,the downhole throttling parameters of typical gas wells are optimized.The results show for water producing gas wells,properly increasing the running depth of the choke can effectively improve the liquid carrying capacity of the gas well and effectively reduce the possibility of hydrate formation after throttling.The research results can provide guidance for downhole throttling process parameter design of liquid producing gas wells in Sulige gas field.
