摘 要:为减少生产井钻井–关井对产量的影响,保障大庆油田的产量稳定,基于大庆油田的开发特点,对套管钻井过程中套管的抗扭、密封和连接性等问题展开了理论以及实验研究并编制了套管钻井专用软件。结合精细地层压力划分、地层压力预测、井深结构优化、固井质量改善等技术,形成了一系列套管钻完井配套技术,验证了零散更新井控压套管钻完井技术的可行性和适用性,验证了套管钻井设计软件的正确性,有效地减少生产井钻井–关井对产量的影响,可确保整体开采效果。In order to reduce the drilling-shut in impact of producing wells on production and ensure the stable production of Daqing oilfield,based on the development characteristics of Daqing oilfield,theoretical and experimental studies on the problems of casing torsion resistance,sealing and connectivity during casing drilling are carried out,and special software for casing drilling is developed.Combined with fine formation pressure division,formation pressure prediction,well depth structure optimization,cementing quality improvement and other technologies,a series of casing drilling and completion supporting technologies are formed,which verify the feasibility and applicability of scattered renewal well pressure control casing drilling and completion technology,verify the correctness of casing drilling design software,effectively reduce the drilling-shut in impact of producing wells on production,and ensure the overall producing effect.
