摘 要:哈萨克斯坦AK油田储层非均质性强,在开展剩余油挖潜过程中,水驱效率低。为此,提出了配套采油工艺技术,采取油水井对应调堵、综合治理的思路。开展高温、高矿化度条件下成熟调剖剂的耐温、耐盐性能评价实验,优选满足现场需求的酚醛体系调剖剂配方,并基于主剂、固化剂、增稠剂的不同比例优选堵水剂配方。岩心封堵物模拟评价实验表明,高温、高矿化度条件下对岩心的封堵能力较好,岩心突破压力均高于12 MPa,岩心封堵率在97%以上。利用流线模拟优化调堵工艺参数,模拟结果显示,井组对应调堵后综合含水率降低1.18%,采收率提高0.51%。The reservoir heterogeneity of AK oilfield in Kazakhstan is strong,and the efficiency of water flooding is low in the process of tapping the potential of remaining oil.For this reason,the matching oil production technology is put forward,and the idea of corresponding adjustment and plugging of oil and water wells and comprehensive treatment is adopted.The evaluation experiments of temperature and salt resistance of mature profile control agent under high temperature and high salinity conditions were carried out to optimize the formulation of phenolic system profile control agent to meet the field demand,and the formulation of water plugging agent was optimized based on the different proportions of main agent,curing agent and thickening agent.The core plugging physical model evaluation experiment shows that the core plugging ability is better under high temperature and high salinity conditions,the core breakthrough pressure is higher than 12 MPa,and the core plugging rate is more than 97%.Streamline simulation is used to optimize the parameters of water plugging and profile control.The simulation results show that the comprehensive water cut is reduced by 1.18%and the recovery is increased by 0.51%after water plugging and profile control.
